  Was in with my friend for lunch, and LOVED the service. The waitress, very attentive, also recommended something for us to try; it was good soup.

  I give Jamestown apple bees a four, because the food is good. Most of the waitress seem very nice, however my last few visits have left me feeling a little disappointed. My dessert tonight seemed a little to sweet, and the server let the spoon handle fall into the chocolate syrup leaving my hand fingers full of sticky syrup. And also my shrimp on the visit previously was slightly overcooked.
  Other than that good service and good food.

  Bartender was very polite and outgoing, food was good, just had a Burger but was cooked the way I wanted it. If I would have listened to most of the reviews I wouldn't had stopped, glad I did.

  Been to this location multiple times and always get lackluster experience.
  One of the most annoying aspects of this location is the poor service. Now I have had on a very rare occasion a superb server but that is far and few in between.
  Just ordered a tall draft beer and it can 2/3 full. Actually 2/3 full!! I couldn't resist and asked the server to "top off my beer". I paid for a full beer, I should get a full beer.
  The bartender seemed very put out and sloppily poured a nice tall head of foam into my glass.
  Such a shame to have a nice chain like this in town and have such poor service.
